What is "OYIS Housing Consignment"?

 
What is a consignment?
 This is the protection of deposits made by private individuals or legal entities with the CDC.
Who is concerned ?

Any natural person

The "Member" also has the option to subscribe to this product on behalf of a third party even for a minor.

The same person can only hold one "OYIS Housing Consignment".
Conditions for opening a file

To subscribe to "CONSIGNATION OYIS Housing":

  1. Reservation form. (download here)
  2. A contract of adhesion is signed between the natural person and the CDC. (download here)
  3. A valid ID
Payments
  1. Compulsory monthly deposit of XAF 10,000 by transfer, cash, electronic money, etc. Apart from this compulsory deposit, several deposits may be made at any time.
  2. The remainder of the consignments will be made monthly by permanent transfer or in cash, electronic money, etc.

For those living outside GABON, the procedure is as follows:

  1. Download the reservation form and  the contrat of adhesion « OYIS Consignation Housing »
  2. Send, via the email address , the reservation form and the contract of adhesion duly completed and signed
  3. The Deposit and Consigment Fund (DCF) will send you a unique identifier number called « col » and the bank details of its account in France
  4. Make your payment or transfer by recalling the unique identifier number « col » at the level of the reason for the operation. This number is to be recalled at each operation
Reversal of interest

The accumulated interest will be paid back at the end of the membership contract. Thus, these interests can be added to the personal contribution made to obtain housing.
